Apple Smashing
Ingredients
- 1 oz (30 ml) Finest Call Grenadine Syrup
- 2 oz (60 ml) apple jack liqueur
- 1 - egg white
- 3 dashes bitters
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
- chunks apple
- 2 - lime wedges
Garnish
3 Droplets Peychaud's Bitters
Directions
- Muddle apple and lime in the bottom of a Boston glass. Fill with ice and add remaining ingredients. Shake and fine strain into a coupe glass.
