Finest Call Pineapple Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) Finest Call Mai Tai Tropical Juice Blend
- 1 oz (30 ml) gin
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) dark rum
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1 egg white
- Fill with soda water
Directions
- Combine mai tai mix and egg in a mixing glass. Shake without ice. Add cream and spirits, and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Add soda water and float dark rum to the top center of glass.
