Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Finest Call Raspberry Puree
  • 1.25 oz (37 ml) rum
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) simple syrup
  • fill with soda water
  • 3 oz (90 ml) mint leaves
  • 2 stalks rosemary
  • 3 - lime wedges

Garnish

Sprig Of Mint, Sprig Of Rosemary, Lime Webdge And Raspberry

Directions

  • Muddle fruit and herbs in the bottom of a tall glass. Fill glass 1/2 way with crushed ice. Add other liquid ingredients. Fill glass with crushed ice. Fill with soda water and stir to lift muddled ingredients off the bottom of the glass.
