Rye Swizzle

Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Finest Call Agave Nectar Syrup
  • 1.25 oz (37 ml) rye whiskey
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 3-4 slices ginger
  • 3-5 oz (90 ml) mint
  • 3 - lime wedges
  • 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice

Directions

  • Muddle, mint, lime and ginger in the bottom of a tall glass. Fill glass with crushed ice. Combine the next four ingredients in a Boston glass and shake with no ice. Pour over crushed ice and top with Peychaud bitters.
